Supercritical gas physical foaming creates a uniform and airy texture without chemical blowing agents. The material is lightweight with high resilience, minimizing weight while being wear-resistant and shape-retaining. Made from new eco-friendly materials like sugarcane and coffee grounds, it is green, natural, and highly recyclable.
ORTHOLITE® FOAM INSOLE
ORTHOLITE® insoles use eco-foam with 5% recycled rubber. They are lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking for dry comfort. Odor-resistant and suitable for barefoot wear.
