During high-demand periods, dispatch times may take up to seven business days from the estimated ship date.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that import duties, taxes, and related fees are included in the total price at checkout.
In some cases, a limited number of orders may be fulfilled from our international warehouse if the item is unavailable in our main European warehouse.
Free shipping may be available depending on order value and shipping location.
Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by national holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen delays.

What If My Order Is Marked as Delivered but I Haven’t Received It?
There are several reasons why a package may appear as delivered before it reaches you.
Multiple Carrier Handling
Some shipments are transferred between carriers during transit. For example, a package may initially be handled by UPS but delivered by USPS or another local carrier.
Early Delivery Scan
In rare cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered up to 48 hours before the actual delivery time.
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow up to 48 hours for the package to arrive. If it still does not appear after this period, please contact our customer service team.
What If My Order Is Lost?
If the tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your package, we recommend waiting 48 hours to allow for possible delivery delays.
