Return Policy

Items purchased directly from uppervoid.com may be returned under the following conditions:

1. Returns are accepted only for products purchased through the official UPPERVOID website.

2. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

3. All returned merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

4. Products marked as “Sale” are not eligible for refund or return.

5. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Any taxes, duties, or additional fees incurred during the return process may be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

How do I return an order?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Send an email to contact@uppervoid.com including the following information:

• Order Number

• Reason for return, such as:

• Didn’t suit me

• Wrong or defective item (please attach photos)

• Not as expected

• Other reasons

Once your request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide further return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, the refund will be processed.

Please allow 7–14 business days from the date the returned package is received for the refund to be completed.
